I can be someones hero by God's standards. Shane gave everything he had, sometimes Americans don't give anything when they have everything.

It was really cool, how it doesn't matter where we come from, there is no place to small to help people. People get caught up in the world with material things, we can learn things from people who don't have anything, but have everything! I've never been to a service like this Friday night, I want to go back . . . .

Seeing him, my life is not as bad as sometimes I think it can be. He's like me, I like candy too! I can't wait to join him in Jamaica.

The world is such a amazing and huge place, God's placed me here for a reason. As I grow up, I realize God has a purpose for me, I believe it is to bring glory to His name! That is the way I should be with God from what I took away from Shane.
Shane was willing to do something for God because God gave him something through Mark Muirhead. When I saw the "Imagine Me" video at the end before the final prayers...it reminded me that God can use me, it's an awesome feeling when He does, I have to step out of the way, and let Him.

I felt kind of small. A six year old with HIV, no parents, watches his mom die, Shane gives away $20 out of the goodness in his heart...I'm speechless. I would like our Cutting Edge Youth to be small so God could be bigger in us....

I just thought it was amazing, a child that young could act on how he felt...It shows no matter how old you are you can do something good...Shanes actions humble me.

When my Dad handed me the $20 J from Shane, I was overwhelmed by the love and compassion of a 6 year old boy, from a different nation he had for me.
The band members and I were speechless.

These past few nights I've seen the love of God through Jamaica's childrens and the Muirheads.
I've had a great time meeting new friends and seening old ones. It's been a great experience being here with all the people who share the same love for missions as I do!
I wanted to say thanks to the Muirheads and all the staff at the Gathering who worked so hard to put this weekend together. So, Thanks!

This whole weekend has been such an awesome time of worship, study, and recourperation. God has really helped me get totally back on track with Him insted of me trying to jerk the controls every once in a while.
I just wanted to take a moment to thank each and everyone on the staff and the Muirheads! This weekend has been amazing but none of it would have happened without a vision and the hard work of a pretty large staff.

SHANE i would like to been there to pick up Six year old boy and pick him up and love him and pray for him so much and for all the Kids in Jamaica. And SHANE will run over to me if i was there and he will run over to me and give me a GREAT BIG HUG but i will come to the next Friends Forever Missions at woodbridge sorry but i didnt make it up to meet everybody?

Shane is the reason I believe we all go back. There are many Shanes in Jamaica. I got to meet Shane and his Mom last summer, makes you think about life and how precious it is. Thanks Pastor Mark for exposing me and my family to the Shanes of this world.
